摘要
随着配网设备的大幅增加,物资质量的控制与保障成为行业关注的焦点.针对传统物资质量检测流程存在的效率低下和人力资源投入大等问题,文章提出了一种"储检一体化"物资质量自动化抽检方法及其自动化设备的应用研究.通过构建储检一体化中心库,采用自动化、信息化的检测手段,实现物资自动流转、智能化检测及数据分析,显著提高了检测效率和准确性.
Abstract
With the substantial increase of equipment in the distribution network,the control and guarantee of material quality has become the focus of attention in the industry.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and large input of human resources in the traditional material quality inspection process,this paper puts forward an automatic sampling inspection method of"integrated storage and inspection"and its application of automatic equipment.Through the construction of an integrated storage and inspection central database,automatic and information-based inspection means are adopted to realize the automatic flow of materials,intelligent detection and data analysis,and the detection efficiency and accuracy are significantly improved.
