Development and Experimental Research of Intelligent Control System of Urban Heating Network
This paper develops a set of intelligent control technology to optimize the energy efficiency and response speed of urban heating network,and solve the problems of inefficiency and energy waste in traditional heating system.An intelligent control system architecture including data acquisition,model predictive control and optimization algorithm is designed.By simulating the operation of urban heating network,the heating data is collected and analyzed to verify the performance of the developed system.The experiments were conducted in a controlled laboratory environment using high-precision sensors and data recording equipment.The experimental results show that the intelligent control system can significantly improve the utilization rate of heat energy and the system response speed.Compared with traditional control systems,the intelligent control system improves the efficiency of heat supply by about 15%,and can adapt to external temperature changes and user needs more quickly.The successfully developed intelligent control system provides an effective optimization scheme for urban heating network,which has remarkable energy-saving effect and application potential.Future work will focus on further improving the intelligence level and adaptability of the system,and expanding its application in a wider range of urban infrastructure.
