摘要
公共租赁房的视频安防监控系统的设计与其他普通住宅小区有着本质的区别.一般公共租赁房占地面积较大,其建设内容和投资规模通常也要高于普通住宅小区,是为解决大批新就业职工等住房困难群体而产生的一种房屋租赁模式.由于入住公租房的人员较多、较杂,因此为保障人员(包括外来访客、物业管理人员等)生命和财产安全,建设一套高标准的视频安防监控系统就具有必然性和必要性.文章介绍了设计一套完善的新建公租房视频安防监控系统需要考虑的问题以及解决方案.
Abstract
The design of video security monitoring system of public rental housing is fundamentally different from that of other ordinary residential areas.General public rental housing covers a large area,and its construction content and investment scale are usually higher than that of ordinary residential areas.It is a housing rental model produced to solve a large number of new employment workers and other housing difficulties.Because there are more and more complex people living in public rental housing,in order to protect the life and property safety of personnel(including external visitors,property management personnel,etc.),it is inevitable and necessary to build a set of high standard video security monitoring system.This paper introduces the problems and solutions to be considered in designing a perfect video security monitoring system for new public rental housing.
