Exploration of Innovative Paths for Non-standard Automation Mechanical Equipment Design
With the deepening development of the manufacturing industry and the continuous changes in market demand,traditional standardized mechanical equipment is no longer able to meet the diverse and personalized manufacturing needs of customers.The application of non-standard automated mechanical equipment in the manufacturing field is becoming increasingly widespread.The design of non-standard automated mechanical equipment needs to start from the actual needs of customers,organically integrate design concepts,design materials,application environments,and design capabilities,and fully leverage its professional energy efficiency in the production process.Based on this,the article starts with the concept and characteristics of non-standard automated mechanical equipment,analyzes the necessity of its design innovation,and then proposes innovative strategies from four aspects:selection of design materials,improvement of operability,optimization of design concepts,and training of design personnel.
