摘要
随着纳米技术的快速发展,硅晶纳米材料因其独特的物理和化学性质而受到广泛关注.硅晶纳米表面成膜涂层作为一种新型的功能性涂层,具有优异的耐磨、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等性能,因此在多个领域具有广阔的应用前景.随着全球对可再生能源需求的日益增长,光伏技术作为光伏能利用的主要方式之一,正受到越来越多的关注.硅晶作为光伏行业的基础材料,其表面性能对于提高光伏器件的光电转换效率和使用寿命至关重要.文章对硅晶纳米表面成膜涂层的工艺和喷涂设备进行研究,以推动硅晶纳米技术的发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of nanotechnology,silicon crystalline nanomaterials have attracted wide attention due to their unique physical and chemical properties.As a new type of functional coating,silicon nanoparticle surface coating has excellent wear-resisting,corrosion-resisting and oxidation resistance,so it has broad application prospects in many fields.With the increasing global demand for renewable energy,photovoltaic technology,as one of the main ways to utilize photovoltaic energy,is receiving more and more attention.As the basic material of photovoltaic industry,the surface properties of silicon crystal are crucial to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and service life of photovoltaic devices.In order to promote the development of silicon nanoparticle technology,the process and spraying equipment of silicon nanoparticle coating were studied.
