近年来,我国煤矿安全事故频发,造成了大量的人员伤亡和财产损失.尤其是井下特殊的工作环境和工作条件,极大地影响了煤矿安全生产.虽然国家近年来加大了对煤矿安全生产的投入,但仍有许多问题有待解决.传统的煤矿安全巡检工作大多采用人工巡视方式,存在着任务繁重、劳动强度大、巡检人员多、效率低下、安全性差等问题,很难及时发现事故隐患.因此,为了提高煤矿安全生产水平,保障矿工生命安全,建设智能化矿井势在必行.文章探讨了传统煤矿安全巡检工作存在的问题,针对上海煤科所研发的隔爆兼本安型矿用煤仓巡检机器人进行了分析,对其功能及技术应用进行了探讨.
Exploration of the Core Functions of Mine Safety Onspection Robots
In recent years,coal mine safety accidents have occurred frequently in China,causing a large number of casualties and property losses.Especially the special working environment and conditions underground greatly affect the safety production of coal mines.Although the country has increased investment in coal mine safety production in recent years,there are still many problems that need to be solved.The traditional coal mine safety inspection work mostly adopts manual inspection methods,which have problems such as heavy tasks,high labor intensity,multiple inspection personnel,low efficiency,and poor safety,making it difficult to detect accident hazards in a timely manner.Therefore,in order to improve the level of coal mine safety production and ensure the safety of miners,it is imperative to build intelligent mines.This article explores the problems existing in traditional coal mine safety inspection work,analyzes the explosion-proof and intrinsic safety type coal bin inspection robot developed by Shanghai Coal Science Institute,and explores its functions and technical applications.
