摘要
柔性光伏电池模块因其轻薄、可弯曲等特点在可穿戴电子、智能建筑等领域具有广泛应用前景.文章针对柔性光伏电池模块制备工艺进行优化,并采用多种方法评价其性能.分析了光伏电池制备工艺的现状与挑战,探讨了工艺参数优化方法和柔性基底选择与优化.介绍了光伏电池性能评价方法,包括电学性能测试和光学性能测试.
Abstract
Flexible photovoltaic cell modules have broad application prospects in wearable electronics,intelligent buildings,and other fields due to their lightweight,bendable and other characteristics.The article optimizes the preparation process of flexible photovoltaic cell modules and evaluates their performance using various methods.Analyzed the current situation and challenges of photovoltaic cell preparation process,explored process parameter optimization methods and flexible substrate selection and optimization.Next,the performance evaluation methods for photovoltaic cells were introduced,including electrical performance testing and optical performance testing.
