Structure Analysis of Heavy Guide Rail Support for Elevator in Small Machine Room
The counterweight guide rail support of the elevator is a component fixed on the concrete well wall or ring beam,which is used to connect the counterweight guide rail and bear the horizontal force imposed by the guide rail.Based on the national standard guide rail checking calculation of elevator and Ansys Workbench platform,this paper checks the strength of the common structure of the heavy guide rail bracket and verifies the stress and deformation,analyzes the rationality of applying the design structure of the heavy guide rail bracket to the elevator in the small computer room,and ensures that the stress of the guide rail bracket meets the regulations and standards and the use requirements.
