基于仿真技术的薄壁零件加工工艺优化与刀具应用研究

文章基于仿真技术对薄壁零件加工过程中存在的问题进行了工艺优化,对刀具应用进行了研究,通过建立薄壁零件加工的仿真模型分析了不同工艺参数对加工质量的影响,并通过仿真实验优化了加工工艺.同时结合刀具的选择与应用提出了一种更适合薄壁零件加工的刀具应用方案.研究结果表明,通过仿真技术对薄壁零件加工工艺进行优化能够提高加工效率,降低成本,并保证零件质量.
Research on Machining Process Optimization and Tool Application of Thin-Walled Parts Based on Simulation Technology
Based on the simulation technology,this paper studies the process optimization and tool application for the problems existing in the machining process of thin-walled parts.Through the establishment of the simulation model of thin-walled parts processing,the influence of different process parameters on the machining quality is analyzed and the machining process is optimized through the simulation experiment.At the same time,a tool application scheme more suitable for the machining of thin-walled parts is proposed combined with the selection and application of tools.The results show that optimization of thin-walled parts machining technology by simulation technology can improve machining efficiency,reduce cost and ensure the quality of parts.
