Design of Thickener Pool Wall Calcium Removal Device and its Application in Mine Waste water Treatment
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the operation efficiency and treatment effect of thickener for the treatment of mine acid-base wastewater are more and more strict.This paper focuses on the acid-base water treatment process,due to the addition of lime caused by wastewater treatment thickener calcium problem,and puts forward the use of thickener pool wall calcium removal device as a solution.the paper analyzes the causes of calcium phenomenon and its impact on wastewater treatment facilities,introduces the design principle,structure characteristics and practical application effect of calcium removal device on the thickener.The practice shows that the device has remarkable effect on removing calcium.
