轴瓦是汽轮机组的重要组成部分,长期运行可能导致磨损和振动加剧.如不进行定期检查及维修,可能引发高温甚至停机风险,对设备安全稳定运行构成严重威胁.文章探讨了轴瓦的运行原理及常见故障,介绍了轴瓦检修技巧,结合具体案例分析,以提高汽轮机组运行的稳定性.
Abstract
Bearing shells are an important component of steam turbine units,and long-term operation may lead to increased wear and vibration.If regular inspections and maintenance are not carried out,it may lead to high temperatures and even shutdown risks,posing a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the equipment.This article explores the operating principle of bearing shells,common types of faults and their causes,and provides a detailed introduction to bearing shell maintenance techniques.Combined with specific case analysis,it aims to improve the stability of steam turbine unit operation.
