随着城市化进程的不断推进,高楼大厦越来越多,较高的楼层都会安装电梯.而在电梯构成中,电梯制动器是影响电梯运行安全的重要因素,对保障乘客的生命安全至关重要.但电梯在给人类的生活带来便利的同时,也时常发生事故,很多事故就是电梯制动器失效所致.文章介绍了电梯制动器的工作原理,分析了电梯制动器常见的失效形式,并探讨了电梯制动器的检测技术,以期为电梯行业的发展提供参考.
Research on Common Failure Forms and Detection Technology of Elevator Brake
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,there are more and more high-rise buildings,and elevators are installed on higher floors.In the composition of elevators,elevator brakes are an important factor affecting the safety of elevator operation and are crucial for ensuring the safety of passengers'lives.However,while elevators bring convenience to human life,accidents often occur,many of which are caused by the failure of elevator brakes.The article introduces the working principle of elevator brakes,analyzes the common failure forms of elevator brakes,and explores the detection technology of elevator brakes,in order to provide reference for the development of the elevator industry.
