为实现锅炉炉膛内燃烧温度可视化监视,文章以光学传感器为基础,利用先进算法,搭建了二维温度场可视化监测系统.该系统可以直观显示火焰中心位置,防止燃烧偏移,延长水冷壁的使用寿命,为机组长期安全经济运行提供了保障.同时,在日益严峻的调峰形势下,根据二维温度分布,保证机组变负荷时的燃烧稳定,降低锅炉低灭火风险.
Application of Temperature Measurement Technology Based on Optical Principles in Power Plant Boilers
To achieve visual monitoring of combustion temperature inside the boiler furnace,this article uses optical sensors as the basis and advanced algorithms to build a two-dimensional temperature field visualization monitoring system.This system can intuitively display the position of the flame center,prevent combustion deviation,extend the service life of the water-cooled wall,and provide a guarantee for the long-term safe and economic operation of the unit.At the same time,under the increasingly severe peak shaving situation,according to the two-dimensional temperature distribution,the combustion stability of the unit during load changes is ensured,and the low fire extinguishing risk of the boiler is reduced.
