摘要

随着煤矿机械化、自动化程度的不断提高,机电设备在煤矿生产中的地位日益重要.然而,机电设备的故障问题不仅会影响煤炭生产的安全和效率,还可能导致较大的经济损失.针对这一问题,文章分析了数据分析在煤矿机电设备故障预测与维修优化中的作用,探讨了基于数据分析的煤矿机电设备故障预测方法,并提出了优化维修策略,以提高设备的运行效率和可靠性.

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of mechanization and automation in coal mines,the position of electromechanical equipment in coal mine production is becoming increasingly important.However,the malfunction of mechanical and electrical equipment not only affects the safety and efficiency of coal production,but may also lead to significant economic losses.In response to this issue,the article analyzes the role of data analysis in predicting and optimizing the maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment failures,explores data analysis based methods for predicting coal mine electromechanical equipment failures,and proposes optimization maintenance strategies to improve equipment operation efficiency and reliability.
