摘要

文章介绍了直升机锥体测量的目的,分析了旋翼锥体测量方法,探讨了旋翼锥体调整方法,并通过现场动平衡实例分析了旋翼锥体锥度调整对旋翼系统振动值的影响.研究结果表明,微小的锥度差可能会带来更好的动平衡效果.

Abstract

The article introduces the purpose of helicopter cone measurement,analyzes the measurement method of rotor cone,explores the adjustment method of rotor cone,and analyzes the influence of rotor cone cone adjustment on the vibration value of the rotor system through on-site dynamic balancing examples.The research results indicate that small differences in taper may lead to better dynamic balancing effects.
