机器视觉支持下的带式输送机煤量检测系统设计研究

摘要
随着时代的发展,当前我国的电力需求愈发迫切,煤炭作为我国现阶段电力生产的主要来源,能够为我国工业发展、民众生活提供必要的电力支持.但是在当前煤炭生产阶段,仍旧存在粗放式的特点,安全生产管理相对较差,提升煤矿智能化水平势在必行.文章以带式运输机煤量检测工作为研究对象,结合机器视觉技术,对机器视觉支持下的带式输送机煤量检测系统设计进行了研究,并对其中的带式输送机煤量检测系统硬件设计、软件设计、基于体积检测的自动调速控制实现进行了阐述,以期为提升现代煤矿带式输送机工作质量提供一定理论支持.
Abstract
With the development of the times,the current electricity demand in China is becoming increasingly urgent.Coal,as the main source of electricity production in China at this stage,can provide necessary electricity support for industrial development and people's lives.However,in the current stage of coal production,there is still a characteristic of extensive style,and safety production management is relatively poor.It is imperative to improve the level of intelligence in coal mines.The article takes the coal quantity detection of belt conveyors in coal mine production as the research object,and combines machine vision technology to study the design of a coal quantity detection system for belt conveyors supported by machine vision.The hardware and software design of the coal quantity detection system for belt conveyors,as well as the implementation of automatic speed control based on volume detection,are elaborated in order to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of modern coal mine belt conveyor work.
