浆体稳定性测试中推拉力计的应用研究

摘要
浆体稳定性是确保浆体管道安全输送的决定性因素.传统浆体稳定性测试方法仅适用于浆料分散稳定性的初步观察阶段,但受主观因素干扰,难以进行定量评估.文章介绍了浆体稳定性的评价方法,引入了全新测试工具——推拉力计,模拟插棒法对浆体稳定性作出定量评估,并通过测试不同浆体,对浆体稳定性提供直观性认识和量化指标,为相关人员提供参考.
Abstract
The stability of the slurry is a decisive factor in ensuring the safe transportation of the slurry pipeline.the traditional slurry stability testing method is only suitable for the initial observation stage of slurry dispersion stability,but it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate due to subjective factors.introducing a new testing tool-a push-pull force gauge,to simulate the rod insertion method for quantitative evaluation of slurry stability.by testing different slurries and verifying them,we provide intuitive understanding and quantitative indicators of slurry stability,providing new ideas for research and production.
