摘要

传统的汽车衡过磅方式存在很多问题,如人工制卡效率慢、磅房人员成本高、车辆流动性大、不方便管理、与经销商的信息不易核对、进出厂车辆没有记录、数据准确性和可追溯性无法保证、车辆填写信息和所去料仓不匹配、磅单不方便管理等,亟需引入智能发运管理系统来解决以上问题.文章介绍了智能发运管理系统的基本配置与功能,探究了其实施方案,以期为相关人员提供参考.

Abstract

There are many problems with the traditional weighing method of car scales,such as slow manual card making efficiency,high personnel costs in the weighing room,high vehicle mobility,inconvenient management,difficult verification of information with dealers,lack of records of vehicles entering and leaving the factory,inability to guarantee data accuracy and traceability,mismatch between vehicle information filled in and the material bin sent,and inconvenient management of weighing orders.It is urgent to introduce an intelligent shipping management system to solve these problems.The article introduces the basic configuration and functions of the intelligent shipping management system,explores its implementation plan,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
