文章对以PLC为基础设计的空气压缩机恒压供气节能控制系统进行了研究.概述了PLC技术和空气压缩机的工作原理,分析了现有燃气供应系统的问题,设计了包括总体架构、控制器、传感器、执行器的选择和配置以及控制策略和算法在内的基于PLC的控制系统.测试结果表明,该系统在节能方面取得了显著成效,实现了恒压稳定供气,可提高空气压缩机的供气效率.
Energy Saving Control System for Constant Pressure Gas Supply of Air Compressor Based on PLC
This paper studies the energy saving control system of constant pressure gas supply for air compressor based on PLC.The PLC technology and the working principle of air compressor are summarized.On this basis,the problems of the existing gas supply system are put forward,and a control system based on PLC is designed,including the overall architecture,controller,sensor,actuator selection and configuration,control strategy and algorithm.Hardware connection configuration,software programming debugging,function testing and verification are all carried out in the system implementation and debugging stage.The results show that the system has achieved remarkable results in energy saving,and achieved stable gas supply at constant pressure,which can improve the gas supply efficiency of the air compressor.
