摘要
文章介绍了集装箱起重机自动化控制系统内故障诊断方法以及西门子PLC在实践中的应用.在分析故障诊断的原则、频繁的故障种类及其成因,以及西门子PLC的各项功能和特性后,提出了故障诊断与PLC技术的结合,从而借助PLC达到自我故障诊断和纠正的目标.文章研究对于提升集装箱起重机系统的稳定和安全性能具有重大价值.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the fault diagnosis methods within the automated control system of container cranes and the application of Siemens PLC in practice.After studying the principles of fault diagnosis,frequent types and causes of faults,as well as the various functions and characteristics of Siemens PLC,a combination of fault diagnosis and PLC technology was proposed to achieve the goal of self fault diagnosis and correction through PLC.This study has significant value in improving the stability and safety performance of container crane systems.
