Exploration of Intelligent APC Control Design for Closed Calcium Carbide Furnace
This article focuses on the design concept of intelligent APC control for closed calcium carbide furnaces.Through in-depth analysis of the current process characteristics and control requirements of calcium carbide furnaces,the shortcomings of current furnace gas pressure and electrode automatic control,as well as their impact on the operation of calcium carbide furnaces,are pointed out.The design concept and operation concept of the intelligent control system are elaborated in detail,as well as the methods for achieving black screen operation through subsequent improvements.
