Exploring the Coordination of Relay Protection and Distribution Automation for Fault Handling in Distribution Networks
Distribution network fault handling is an important step to ensure the safe operation of power system.As an important protection method of power system,relay protection can judge the fault type and position of power system timely and accurately,and take corresponding measures to deal with it.Distribution automation technology can realize the monitoring,control and management of distribution network,and improve the speed and accuracy of fault detection and processing.The combination of relay protection and distribution automation can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of distribution network fault handling,and facilitate fault analysis and evaluation.This paper analyzes the fault handling of distribution network under the synergistic effect of relay protection and distribution automation.
