Analysis and Treatment of Vibration Failure of Steam Turbine Generator Set
As the core of power system,the stable operation of steam turbine generator sets plays a vital role in the safety and stability of power grid.However,the vibration problem is always a hidden danger threatening the stable operation of the turbine generator set,which not only affects the efficiency of the unit,but also may lead to major equipment failure.Based on the in-depth analysis of turbine generator vibration fault,this paper discusses the technology of vibration monitoring and diagnosis,vibration signal processing and analysis,and defines the treatment technology of vibration fault,including fault cause analysis and elimination,vibration control and shock absorption technology,fault prevention and maintenance strategy.Through the research and discussion of this paper,the purpose is to provide useful reference and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the vibration fault of the turbine generator set.
