近年来,全球机器视觉市场蓬勃发展,显示出巨大的市场潜力与前景.工业相机在机器视觉中地位凸显,但面临稳定性、可靠性、精度和误判等挑战.文章介绍了工业相机误判问题,阐述了工业相机基础知识,提出了工业相机优化方法与误判处置方法,旨在使工业相机拥有更佳的成像效果和应用体验.

Abstract

In recent years,the global machine vision market has flourished,demonstrating enormous market potential and prospects.Industrial cameras play a prominent role in machine vision,but face challenges such as stability,reliability,accuracy,and misjudgment.The article introduces the problem of misjudgment in industrial cameras,elaborates on the basic knowledge of industrial cameras,proposes optimization methods and misjudgment handling methods for industrial cameras,aiming to provide better imaging effects and application experience for industrial cameras.
