摘要
电接点液位测量装置被广泛应用于汽机高压及低压加热器、除氧器等重要设备的水位测量.针对电接点液位计在工程实践中出现的误报及不报等异常问题,结合国内某电厂正常运行期间出现的故障实例,分析总结出一套关于Aquarian电接点液位计的故障排查方法,便于迅速准确定位故障位置,明确故障原因,提高检修效率.
Abstract
The electric contact liquid level measuring device is widely used for water level measurement of important equipment such as high and low pressure heaters and deaerators in steam turbines.In response to the abnormal problems of false alarms and non reporting of electric contact level gauges in engineering practice,combined with an example of fault analysis during the normal operation of a domestic power plant,a set of fault troubleshooting methods for Aquarian electric contact level gauges is summarized,which is convenient for quickly and accurately locating the fault location,clarifying the cause of the fault,and improving maintenance efficiency.
