机械钳工在自动化智能制造中的作用与价值研究

摘要
随着科技的发展,工业生产逐渐朝着自动化、智能化的方向发展.现如今,自动化智能制造正成为工业生产的主流趋势,但机械钳工依然是无法替代的,在现代机械制造中发挥着重要作用.文章主要介绍了机械钳工的工艺类型、作业范围和应用特点,并结合虎钳工艺、手锯工艺、铣削工艺、车削工艺来分析机械钳工在自动化智能制造中的应用价值.
Abstract
With the development of technology,industrial production is gradually moving towards automation and intelligence.Nowadays,automated intelligent manufacturing is becoming the mainstream trend in industrial production,but mechanical fitters are still irreplaceable and play an important role in modern mechanical manufacturing.The article mainly introduces the process types,scope of operation,and application characteristics of mechanical fitters,and analyzes the application value of mechanical fitters in automated intelligent manufacturing by combining vise technology,hand saw technology,milling technology,and turning technology.
