统筹充裕性和暂态电压稳定性的双层源网规划方法

新能源出力具有强随机性、波动性,其大规模接入对电力系统稳定运行产生较大影响.针对这一问题,文章提出了新能源与常规电源、储能最优配比结构及布局优化方法和基于改进粒子群优化的双层迭代算法,然后结合IEEE-33节点系统进行仿真,验证高比例新能源电力系统承载能力及综合效益的提升效果.
A Dual Layer Source Network Planning Method for Balancing Adequacy and Transient Voltage Stability
The output of new energy has strong randomness and volatility,and its large-scale integration has a significant impact on the stable operation of the power system.In response to this issue,the article proposes an optimization method for the optimal ratio structure and layout of new energy and conventional power sources,energy storage,and a two-layer iterative algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization.Then,combined with the IEEE-33 node system,simulations are conducted to verify the improvement effect of the carrying capacity and comprehensive benefits of high proportion new energy power systems.
