Design of Four-tube Leak Detection System Based on Trace Dissolved Hydrogen Measurement Technology
In boiler accidents, boiler water problems have a great negative impact on boiler service life and operation efficiency. In particular, the abnormal accumulation of trace dissolved hydrogen is usually a precursor to many serious consequences such as high-temperature water corrosion, and is also one of the important indicators of boiler leakage. Therefore, the research and development of furnace water analysis technology is particularly important. While ensuring the safety of equipment operation, efficient and accurate detection technology can prevent potential risks, avoid economic losses and environmental pollution. The research based on the four-tube leak detection system proposed in this paper aims to more accurately monitor the concentration of trace dissolved hydrogen in boiler water,so as to provide a technological innovation path for boiler water chemical analysis and boiler health monitoring. The leakage detection system adopted in this research, with its unique design principle and system composition, integrates the dual advantages of chemical analysis and instrument monitoring, can detect the potential danger at an earlier stage, and realize the comprehensive judgment of the chemical state of the furnace water.
