摘要

微电网是一种小型电力系统,能够实现自我控制、保护及管理,并具有多种能源类型和负荷类型的多元化.传统电力计量技术应用于微电网中存在精度、实时性及安全性的不足,以及难以满足对多种能源资源计量的复杂性要求.基于微电网的智能电能表和虚拟电能计量技术解决方案具有高精度计量、实时性、多能源计量及可扩展性等优势,能够为微电网的能源调度和管理提供有力支持.文章通过南方的一个采用了先进电力计量系统的工业新城微电网项目进行研究,验证了该系统具有较高的精确度和实时性,并能够准确反映微电网的整体能源使用情况,为能源管理、优化运行及节能减排提供有力支持.

Abstract

A microgrid is a small power system that can achieve self-control,protection,and management,and has a diversified range of energy and load types.Traditional power measurement technology has shortcomings in accuracy,real-time performance,and security in microgrids,as well as the complexity of measuring multiple energy resources.The smart energy meter and virtual energy metering technology solutions based on microgrids have advantages such as high-precision metering,real-time performance,multi energy metering,and scalability,which can provide strong support for energy scheduling and management of microgrids.This article conducts research on an industrial new city microgrid project in the south that adopts an advanced power metering system.It verifies that the system has high accuracy and real-time performance,and can accurately reflect the overall energy use of the microgrid,providing strong support for energy management,optimized operation,and energy conservation and emission reduction.
