基于多源传感技术的电梯运行状态智能监测方法

电梯运行过程中的振动、声音等异常情况,均预示着电梯的潜在故障.为此,文章基于多源传感技术,设计了一种电梯运行状态智能监测方法.通过布设多传感器阶梯融合监测节点,实现对电梯运行状态的全面感知.实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,新方法可以有效地获得电梯轿厢的真实加速度信息,监测值更贴合实测值,可准确反映电梯轿厢的加速度情况.
Intelligent Monitoring Method for Elevator Operation Status Based on Multi-source Sensing Technology
Abnormal conditions such as vibration and sound during elevator operation indicate potential malfunctions of the elevator.Therefore,this study designs an intelligent monitoring method for elevator operation status based on multi-source sensing technology.Firstly,by deploying multiple sensor step fusion monitoring nodes,comprehensive perception of elevator operation status can be achieved.The experimental results show that compared with traditional methods,the new method can effectively obtain the true acceleration information of elevator cars,and the monitoring values are more in line with the measured values,which can accurately reflect the acceleration situation of elevator cars.
