摘要
海上电力变压器作为海洋石油电力系统的重要组成部分,在海洋石油电力系统配送电过程中起着至关重要的作用.但海上环境复杂多变,为确保变压器安全可靠运行,必须采取相应的管理措施.文章提出了一种基于产品生命周期管理的新方法,即从变压器采购、设计、制造、安装、运行、维修、退役等全过程,全面考虑变压器的寿命周期.
Abstract
As an important part of the offshore oil power system,the offshore power transformer plays a vital role in the power distribution process of the offshore oil power system.However,the Marine environment is complex and changeable,and corresponding management measures must be taken to ensure the safe and reliable operation of transformers.This paper puts forward a new method based on product life cycle management,that is,the whole process of transformer procurement,design,manufacture,installation,operation,maintenance and decommissioning is considered comprehensively.
