This article proposes an intelligent system that integrates online monitoring and fault warning to address the current problems in the maintenance and management of wind farm transformers,such as high regular maintenance costs and untimely fault detection.The system integrates advanced sensing technology,big data processing,machine learning algorithms,and efficient communication methods to achieve real-time monitoring of the operating status of wind farm transformers and early warning of faults.The article provides a detailed introduction to the system architecture design,data collection and transmission scheme,fault diagnosis algorithm,warning strategy,and their specific implementation and testing results.The aim is to provide an efficient and economical operation and maintenance solution for wind farms,reduce unplanned downtime,and ensure the stability and safety of power supply.
