摘要

变压器油对于变压器安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用,不仅可以对变压器进行冷却,还可以起到绝缘的效果,因此,对变压器油质进行监督可以有效反应变压器的运行状态.文章通过介绍变压器油介质损耗试验、变压器油微水分析、变压器油酸值试验、变压器油中溶解气体分析4种试验的原理及方法,分别从介损、水分、酸值、特征气体含量4个方面检测变压器油质的变化情况,进而对变压器的运行情况进行预诊断,并通过案例分析,以事实为依据,说明了解并掌握变压器油绝缘性试验的意义和重要性.

Abstract

Transformer oil plays a crucial role in the safe and stable operation of transformers.It can not only cool them but also provide insulation.Therefore,monitoring the quality of transformer oil can effectively reflect the operating status of transformers.This article introduces the principles and methods of four tests:transformer oil medium loss test,transformer oil micro water analysis,transformer oil acid value test,and dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil.The changes in transformer oil quality are comprehensively detected from four aspects:dielectric loss,moisture,acid value,and characteristic gas content.Then,the operation of the transformer is pre diagnosed.Through case analysis and based on facts,the significance and importance of understanding and mastering transformer oil insulation test are explained.
