Starting from the perspective of theoretical analysis,the basic background of distribution network operation and maintenance has been clarified.Based on specific risk assessments,the positioning of distribution network operation and maintenance risks has been completed.Scientific assessments have been conducted on equipment risks,power grid operation risks,and comprehensive risks.A risk prevention and control plan and maintenance mechanism mainly based on risk prediction models have been proposed.The formulation of scientific maintenance plans through model optimization and solution methods,and the simulation of maintenance effects through numerical examples,can provide guarantees for scientific maintenance and the operation and maintenance of distribution networks.
