摘要

在选矿厂的设备管理领域,故障的早期诊断和预测对于保障生产安全和提高经济效益具有重要意义.随着信息技术的发展,利用智能诊断技术进行故障预测已成为研究的热点.文章探讨了智能诊断系统的理论基础、数据处理方法及故障预测模型的建立和实施,并通过实际案例分析验证了模型的有效性.

Abstract

In the field of equipment management in mineral processing plants,early diagnosis and prediction of faults are of great significance for ensuring production safety and improving economic efficiency.With the development of information technology,using intelligent diagnostic technology for fault prediction has become a hot research topic.The article explores the theoretical basis,data processing methods,and establishment and implementation of fault prediction models for intelligent diagnostic systems,and verifies the effectiveness of the models through practical case analysis.
