超高压变电站的温度检测对于保障变电站输电安全具有重要作用,文章介绍了可见光与红外热成像技术,提出了基于可见光与红外热成像的异常温度检测算法.该算法同时结合了可见光和红外热成像两种技术的不同波段信息,利用可见光的快速性特点对疑似高温目标进行识别,然后结合红外热成像异常温度检测部分实现精准的温度异常检测.试验结果表明,该算法能够有效地检测出超高压变电站的异常温度,为智能巡检系统提供了有力支撑.
Visible Light and Infrared Thermal Imaging Abnormal Temperature Detection Algorithm Based on Intelligent Inspection of Ultra-high Voltage Substations
The temperature detection of ultra-high voltage substations plays an important role in ensuring the safety of substation transmission.This article introduces visible light and infrared thermal imaging technology and proposes an abnormal temperature detection algorithm based on visible light and infrared thermal imaging.This algorithm combines the different band information of visible light and infrared thermal imaging technologies,utilizing the fast characteristics of visible light to identify suspected high-temperature targets,and then combining with the abnormal temperature detection part of infrared thermal imaging to achieve accurate temperature anomaly detection.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively detect abnormal temperatures in ultra-high voltage substations,providing strong support for intelligent inspection systems.
