Application and Simulation Analysis of Zero Sequence Current in Distribution Network Fault Detection
In order to further improve the fault detection efficiency of distribution network and enhance the technical requirements of distribution network routing with transient zero sequence current. This paper takes 10kV distribution network as the research object, analyses its single-phase grounding fault characteristics, and proposes the distribution network routing method of transient zero-sequence current in order to improve the fault routing efficiency of distribution network. And MATLAB is used to simulate the model routing algorithm to investigate the performance of routing in the faults of neutral ungrounded system and neutral via arcing coil grounding system. The experimental results show that in the case of ungrounded neutral, the zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current of the distribution network are decreased due to the increase of transient resistance. And using the zero sequence active magnitude, the fault line can be judged as L1.The fault routing method of transient zero sequence current can correctly identify the fault line as L1,so the transient zero sequence current can be used to effectively identify the fault line in the distribution network.
