摘要

超临界循环流化床机组因其煤种适应性广、燃烧稳定等特性而被广泛应用.文章以某电厂350 MW超临界循环流化床机组为例,针对机组启动过程中的节能降耗进行了深入研究,通过床料粒径及床压选择、点火风量的控制、临机加热等措施,实现了机组启动过程中的节能降耗,以期为类似机组的优化运行提供参考.

Abstract

Supercritical circulating fluidized bed units are widely used due to their wide adaptability to coal types and stable combustion characteristics.The article takes a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit in a certain power plant as an example to conduct in-depth research on energy conservation and consumption reduction during the unit start-up process.Through measures such as selecting bed material particle size and bed pressure,controlling ignition air volume,and on-site heating,energy conservation and consumption reduction during the unit start-up process have been achieved,in order to provide reference for the optimized operation of similar units.
