摘要

文章利用相控阵技术,通过激发超声波的方法对无螺纹圆柱体进行探伤,以达到对圆柱体侧面缺陷的识别与判断.通过建立无螺纹圆柱体的超声检测三维模型,模拟相控阵压电超声激励方式在三维模型中产生超声波;分析无螺纹圆柱体内超声波的波型,在无螺纹圆柱体侧面不同位置设置缺陷,通过分析超声波时域波形,对无螺纹圆柱体侧面缺陷位置进行识别与判断.

Abstract

The article uses phased array technology to detect defects on the side of a non threaded cylinder by exciting ultrasonic waves.Firstly,by establishing a three-dimensional model of ultrasonic testing for a non threaded cylinder,simulate the phased array piezoelectric ultrasonic excitation method to generate ultrasonic waves in the three-dimensional model.Afterwards,the waveform of ultrasonic waves inside the non threaded cylinder was analyzed,and defects were set at different positions on the side of the non threaded cylinder.By analyzing the time-domain waveform of the ultrasonic waves,the defect positions on the side of the non threaded cylinder were identified and judged.
