With the continuous growth of electricity demand and the continuous optimization of energy structure,power infrastructure projects are facing significant challenges in terms of scale and complexity.The traditional project management model is no longer able to meet the current demands for efficient,precise,and collaborative management.The article introduces the role of automation project management in enhancing power infrastructure projects,analyzes the current situation of automation project management in power infrastructure,and explores the information-based automation project management mode for power infrastructure,in order to provide reference for the digital transformation and high-quality development of the power infrastructure industry,and promote the industry to move towards a smarter and more efficient direction.
