文章介绍了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的水泥生产过程自动化控制系统的设计与实现.分析了传统水泥生产线的控制需求与问题,设计了一套完整的基于PLC的控制系统框架,包括硬件选择、软件开发、系统集成和测试.系统利用PLC的高可靠性和易于编程的特点,显著提高了水泥生产的效率和产品质量,同时降低了能耗和维护成本.系统的成功应用验证了PLC在水泥行业自动化升级中的实用性和有效性.

Abstract

This paper introduces the design and implementation of a cement production automation control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC).Firstly,the control requirements and problems of traditional cement production line are analyzed,and then a complete control system framework based on PLC is designed,including hardware selection,software development,system integration and testing.The system uses the PLC's high reliability and easy programming characteristics to significantly improve the efficiency of cement production and product quality,while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.The successful application of the system verifies the practicability and effectiveness of PLC in the automation upgrading of cement industry.
