Design and Application of Automatic Control System for Cement Production Process Based on PLC
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a cement production automation control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC).Firstly,the control requirements and problems of traditional cement production line are analyzed,and then a complete control system framework based on PLC is designed,including hardware selection,software development,system integration and testing.The system uses the PLC's high reliability and easy programming characteristics to significantly improve the efficiency of cement production and product quality,while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.The successful application of the system verifies the practicability and effectiveness of PLC in the automation upgrading of cement industry.
