In modern industrial automation processes,the stability and accuracy of temperature measurement points are crucial for the overall performance of control systems.However,temperature measurement points often malfunction due to factors such as sensor drift,signal interruption,and sensor aging,affecting the control accuracy of the system.In order to improve the accuracy of automation control,this study proposes a comprehensive method for handling and retrofitting temperature measurement point faults.Through transformation and optimization measures,we aim to improve the reliability and accuracy of process automation control systems,and ensure the safety and efficiency of industrial production.
