摘要

文章介绍了传动轴系的动平衡理论及方法,通过直升机传动轴系现场动平衡案例分析,提出了减小传动轴系振动的方法.试验结果表明,直升机传动轴系上某一点的位置发生改变或某一位置的配重发生变化,均会影响整个轴系的动平衡效果,进而影响传动轴系的振动.

Abstract

The article introduces the dynamic balance theory and methods of transmission shaft systems,and proposes methods to reduce transmission shaft system vibration through on-site dynamic balance case analysis of helicopter transmission shaft systems.The experimental results indicate that a change in the position of a certain point on the helicopter transmission shaft system or a change in the counterweight at a certain position will affect the dynamic balance effect of the entire shaft system,thereby affecting the vibration of the transmission shaft system.
