摘要

文章分析了冲压热成型技术的基础理论,研究了模具设计的基本原则和要求,以及3D数码设计在模具设计中的具体应用,旨在提高模具设计的精度和效率.通过对模具结构和工艺参数的优化,以及仿真模型的建立和结果分析,验证了3D数码设计在提升模具性能、预测及优化产品质量方面的有效性.特别是在防撞梁模具的设计优化中,3D数码设计发挥了关键作用,显著提升了模具的耐用性和成型件的质量.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the basic theory of stamping hot forming technology,studies the basic principles and requirements of die design,and the specific application of 3D digital design in die design,aiming at improving the accuracy and efficiency of die design.Through the optimization of mold structure and process parameters,as well as the establishment of simulation models and the analysis of results,the effectiveness of 3D digital design in improving mold performance,forecasting and optimizing product quality was verified.Especially in the design optimization of the anti-collision beam mold,3D digital design plays a key role,significantly improving the durability of the mold and the quality of the formed parts.
