摘要
工业是我国的支柱产业,其对于推动国家的进步与发展有着重要的作用.在"工业兴,国家兴"理念的支持下,我国对工业的重视程度不断提高.当下,我国工业生产的自动化水平明显提高.自动化仪表工程作为工业控制系统的重要组成部分,可实现对工业生产中温度、压力、流量等的有效监控,并将监控的内容转化成电信号输送至监控系统,进而实现控制、调节与保护的作用.但自动化仪表工程作用的发挥与安装和调试的质量密切相关.文章以自动化仪表工程为基础,对其安装与调试进行探讨.
Abstract
Industry is the pillar industry of our country,which plays an important role in promoting the progress and development of the country.With the support of the concept of"industrial prosperity,national prosperity",China's attention to industry continues to increase.At present,the automation level of China's industrial production has been significantly improved.As an important part of the industrial control system,automated instrumentation engineering can realize the effective monitoring of temperature,pressure,flow,etc.,in industrial production,and convert the monitoring content into electrical signals to be transmitted to the monitoring system,thus realizing the role of control,regulation and protection.However,the role of automation instrument engineering is closely related to the quality of installation and commissioning.Based on this,the paper discusses the installation and debugging of automatic instrument engineering for reference.
