摘要

新能源技术的飞速发展对场站运维提出了更高要求,智能化监测与故障诊断技术成为提升运维效率的关键.本研究聚焦于智能传感器技术的应用,详细探讨了温度、振动、电流等多类型传感器在设备状态监控中的重要作用,并阐述了无线传输技术如LoRa、NB-IoT和5G在数据采集与传输中的优越性.利用大数据分析和机器学习方法,对设备运行状态进行建模和故障预测,提高了诊断的准确性和实时性.研究构建了集数据采集、传输、处理与决策支持于一体的智能系统架构,并在风电场应用中取得显著成果,设备故障率显著降低,维护成本明显优化,发电效率得到提升.

Abstract

The rapid development of new energy technology has put forward higher requirements for station operation and maintenance,and intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis technology has become the key to improving operation and maintenance efficiency.this study focuses on the application of intelligent sensor technology,and explores in detail the important roles of various types of sensors such as temperature,vibration,and current in device status monitoring.it also elaborates on the superiority of wireless transmission technologies such as LoRa,NB IoT,and 5G in data acquisition and transmission.the use of big data analysis and machine learning methods to model the operating status of equipment and predict faults has improved the accuracy and real-time performance of diagnosis.we have developed an intelligent system architecture that integrates data collection,transmission,processing,and decision support,and achieved significant results in wind farm applications.the equipment failure rate has been significantly reduced,maintenance costs have been significantly optimized,and power generation efficiency has been improved.
