This article mainly addresses the problems of low efficiency,inconvenience,and high human resource requirements in printing double-sided letterheads with existing letterhead machines.a new type of automatic double-sided letterhead machine is designed,which mainly includes hardware and software parts.this number head machine is mainly used for automatic double-sided number head printing on PVC sleeve materials.it can achieve automatic alignment,marking,half cutting,full cutting and other functions when printing characters on the front and back of PVC sleeves at once.this number head machine can greatly improve the efficiency of double-sided number head printing,reduce human resource consumption,and lower consumables consumption.this article also verified the efficiency and convenience of the machine in printing double-sided number heads through practical experiments.
