Based on the actual situation of equipment management,the business process of equipment management has been sorted out,and key processes have been designed,standardized,and optimized to determine the functions and boundaries of each system.On this basis,digital transformation of business processes has been carried out,achieving informationization of equipment management processes.And a comprehensive equipment status monitoring platform was built to seamlessly integrate PCS,MES systems and ERP,achieve collaborative operation,and realize two-way information transmission.Implement full process informatization and equipment lifecycle management for equipment,comprehensively supervise and operate the status of equipment,and achieve business process reengineering.Through these digital platforms,the root cause of faults,equipment operating status,maintenance statistics reports,and multi-level monitoring are accurately obtained to formulate maintenance requirements.Various maintenance processes are comprehensively balanced to achieve a focus on preventive maintenance,combining inspection and repair,reducing the frequency of rush repairs in the production process,optimizing equipment maintenance management,improving equipment efficiency,and perfecting the closed-loop management of equipment maintenance,ensuring the long-term stable operation of equipment.
