摘要

在现代水电站中,调速器自动化控制系统是确保发电效率与安全性的关键组成部分.水电站的运行依赖于对水轮机的精确调节,以适应不断变化的负荷需求和水流条件.传统的调速器系统通常面临响应速度慢、稳定性差等问题,这不仅影响了发电效率,还可能导致设备过载和故障.因此,提升调速器的自动化控制水平,已成为实现水电站高效、稳定运行的关键.文章以四川省某大型水电站为例,设计并实现了水电站调速器自动化控制系统.研究结果表明,实施后的水电站调速器自动化控制系统平均响应时间、转速稳定性均有显著改善,且该系统使水电站年发电量大幅提升,同时系统故障率也有所降低.

Abstract

In modern hydropower stations,the governor automation control system is a key component to ensure the efficiency and safety of power generation.The operation of hydropower stations relies on precise regulation of the turbines to adapt to constantly changing load demands and water flow conditions.Traditional speed regulation systems often face problems such as slow response speed and poor stability,which not only affect power generation efficiency but may also lead to equipment overload and failure.Therefore,improving the automation control level of the governor has become the key to achieving efficient and stable operation of hydropower stations.The article takes a large hydropower station in Sichuan Province as an example to design and implement an automatic control system for the governor of the hydropower station.The research results show that the average response time and speed stability of the automatic control system for the governor of the hydropower station have been significantly improved after implementation,and the system has greatly increased the annual power generation of the hydropower station,while also reducing the system failure rate.
