为大力推进内河公务艇使用新能源、清洁能源作为绿色动力源,研发设计了国内首艘大型内河绿色动力公务艇.首先,阐述了新的绿色动力公务艇总体设计研究的必要性和绿色动力技术在内河公务艇上的应用前景,并以45 m绿色动力港航应急指挥艇为研究对象,确立了该艇的设计研究脉络.其次,在权衡经济性、功能性、主尺度、总体布置的基础上,选用合适的新能源、新材料,并确定合适的航速和续航力.最后,重点研究了混合电力推进系统的空间布置和原理.实船试航结果表明:该艇采用混合电力推进系统的设计是合理的;在混动模式或纯电模式下的最大航速和续航力均超过设计指标;在电池电力驱动模式下,会议室、指挥室、驾驶室等主要功能舱室噪声指标控制为50~52 dB.
Research on the Overall Design of Green-Powered Official Boat
To vigorously promote the use of new and clean energy as green power sources for inland river oficial boats,the first large-scale inland river green power official boat in China has been developed and designed.Firstly,the necessity of researching the overall design of new green power official boats and the appli-cation prospects of green power technology on inland river official boats are elaborated.The first large-scale inland green power official boat in China,the 45 m green power port emergency command boat,is taken as the research object to establish the design and research context of this boat.Secondly,based on balancing economy,functionality,main scale,and overall layout,appropriate new energy and materials are selected,and appropriate speed and endurance are determined.Finally,the spatial layout and principle of the hybrid electric propulsion system are studied to ensure that green-powered official boats can meet usage requirements while striving for energy conservation and emission reduction,with reliable performance.The results of the actual ship trial show that the design of the hybrid electric propulsion system adopted by the boat is reasonable,and the maximum speed and endurance in hybrid mode or pure electric mode both exceed the design indicators.In battery-powered mode,the noise level of the main functional compartments such as the conference room,command room,and cab is controlled at 50-52 dB.
